Packaging Guidelines

  • Use strong, corrugated cardboard boxes for all shipments
  • Ensure items are cushioned with bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts
  • Seal all boxes securely with heavy-duty packing tape
  • Fragile items must be marked clearly with "FRAGILE" stickers
  • Double-box electronics and valuable items for extra protection
  • Fill empty spaces to prevent items from moving during transit
  • Use waterproof packaging for items sensitive to moisture
  • Remove or cover old shipping labels and barcodes

Prohibited Items

Important Notice

The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted for shipping. Violation may result in legal action and shipment confiscation.

  • Explosives, fireworks, and ammunition
  • Flammable liquids and gases (petrol, kerosene, gas cylinders)
  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
  • Weapons, firearms, and sharp objects
  • Live animals and plants
  • Perishable food items without proper packaging
  • Hazardous chemicals and toxic materials
  • Counterfeit goods and pirated products
  • Cash, currency notes, and negotiable instruments
  • Pornographic and obscene materials
  • Radioactive materials and biological samples
  • Antique items and artifacts without proper permits

These items can be shipped only with prior approval and proper documentation. Contact our customer service for clearance.

  • Lithium batteries and power banks (must follow airline regulations)
  • Perfumes and alcoholic beverages (limited quantity)
  • Electronics worth more than ₹50,000 (insurance mandatory)
  • Jewelry and precious metals (declared value required)
  • Medicines and pharmaceutical products (prescription needed)
  • Cosmetics and beauty products (MSDS certificate may be required)
  • Dry ice and refrigerated items (special handling needed)
  • Hazmat items with proper certification

Labeling Requirements

  • Affix shipping label on the top surface of the package
  • Ensure label is clearly visible and not covered by tape
  • Include complete sender and receiver address with PIN code
  • Mention contact numbers of both sender and receiver
  • Mark "THIS SIDE UP" for orientation-sensitive items
  • Use "FRAGILE" labels for delicate items on all sides
  • Add "HANDLE WITH CARE" stickers for valuable shipments
  • Include invoice number for commercial shipments

Delivery Process & Guidelines

  • Valid government-issued ID required for delivery acceptance
  • Signature of receiver is mandatory for proof of delivery
  • Inspect package for damage before accepting delivery
  • Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours
  • Receiver must be available at delivery address during business hours
  • Three delivery attempts will be made before returning shipment
  • Address change requests accepted only before dispatch
  • Unclaimed shipments will be returned after 7 days

Frequently Asked Questions

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided at the time of booking. Visit our homepage and enter your tracking number in the "Track Your Shipment" section. You'll receive real-time updates via SMS and email at every delivery milestone.

All shipments are covered under our standard liability of ₹5,000 or the declared value, whichever is lower. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with proper documentation and proof of damage.

Address changes can be requested only before the shipment is dispatched from our facility. Once out for delivery, address modification is not possible. Contact our customer support immediately with your tracking number to request an address change. Additional charges may apply.

Our delivery personnel will make three delivery attempts on different days. If the receiver is unavailable on all attempts, a delivery notice will be left at the address. The shipment will be held at our nearest branch for 7 days for self-pickup. After that, it will be returned to the sender.

Provide your tracking number, invoice details, and photographs of damage (if applicable). Claims are processed within 7-10 business days. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
